I love Chit Chats and that’s my only option right now in my Etsy store! I started using them late 2024 when Canada Post went on strike. It’s so easy to create a label online at home, print and then drop off very quickly at the Aurora location. The price to ship is uncomparable… hope this doesn’t change! Matthew is awesome and always ready to help. I especially love how easy it is to import Etsy orders in my Chit Chats dashboard. So thankful for this better option to have in Canada 💖

I love the service i receive with the crew here. I dealt with Nate today and he was extremely helpful and easy to work with and the guy before who's name i've forgotten was awesome too (black dude with glasses) Both very pleasant and don't make you feel dumb about not understanding the systems etc. If all services functioned this well the world would be a much better place, thanks guys!
Switched over to Chit Chats during the Canada Post strike and have really enjoyed the service so I decided to stay with them. I ship smaller packages which are about the same cost as Canada Post (if not cheaper) but include tracking. Staff at this location is great and always willing to help.
I just started using Chit Chats and it's only been a month. So far I like it. They provide A LOT of convenience with their online platform. Connecting to other platforms makes shipping 1000x easier. Shipping to the USA and Canada is less than half the price of Canada Post. Drop off is easy and fast - no line ups, no waits, no slow service like at Canada Post. Just drop off in the correct bins and leave.
I’ve been going to this chit chats for some time and my experience has always been positive. I frequently have the pleasure of dealing with both Yassine and Shahzeb who have been extremely helpful and pleasant and anything I ask of them they are more than willing to assist with a smile. Love Chit Chats! Since CP went on strike I started shipping through them. Most orders have been shipped and delivered in less time than CP. shipping to Canadian customers is at least half the price as CP. Very nice man at our local Ottawa Depot and always enjoy chatting with him.
